Actual specifications are determined by the results of certification, specified in the warranty card and are guaranteed for a year of its operation. After this period the device requires calibration in the company of the manufacturer.
3. Safety measures
3.1. The device should be connected to the mains with a regular power cord.
3.2. It is prohibited to repair or disassembly the divice by persons other than representatives of the manufacturer.
3.3. It is prohibited to plug the device in or out when the button "network" is in the "ON" position.
3.4. It is strictly prohibited to connect or disconnect the radiating head (or interface cable) when the device is switched on. The radiating head can be connected not earlier that 1 minute after the device is switched off.
3.5. If the transportation was done at the temperature less than 0ºC, the device should be kept at room temperature for not less than 12 hours before plugging it in.
3.6. Attention! Every radiating head is unique by their technical characteristics and is operable only in the particular set. To prevent the outage of the device, it is strictly prohibited to use a radiating head from another set!
3.7. The operating mode is repeated short-term. After 60 minutes of continuous operation in radiation mode, a 15 minute break is needed, the device can be left switched on.
3.8. Atterntion! The working position of the device is considered to be the one when the radiating head with tube shield is mounted on a normal tripod. Any other position is absolutely unsuitable for use.
3.9. Only certified specialists with proper training are allowed to work on the device. Direct contact of the radiating head and a tripod with a human body during the radiation session is strictly prohibited.
3.10. It is strictly prohibited to connect or disconnect the device to/from a personal computer when the device and/or personal computer are turned on.
4. Transportation and storage
4.1. The device is stored and transported in a standard package.
4.2. Conditions of storage devices – according to Group 2 of State Standard Specification 15150-69.
4.3. Conditions of the device transportation - by storage conditions 5 State Standard Specification 15150-69.
4.4. Placing and fastening of the device during transportation should ensure its sustainable position, excluding its displacement or strokes.
4.5. Unpacking of the device which was kept at temperatures below 0ºC should be performed in a heated room after keeping it in normal climatic conditions for at least 12 hours.
4.6. The storage should be free of dust, acids, alkalis, as well as steams and gases that cause corrosion.
5. Disinfection and Sterialization
5.1. The outer surfaces of the device are resistant to disinfection according to State Standard Specification 42-21-2-85 by rubbing with a 1% solution of chlorine bleach according to Requirement Specification 6-01-4689387-16-89.
6. Warranty
6.1. The manufacturer guarantees conformity of the device with specifications, referred to in paragraph 3 and Appendix C, subject to the conditions and rules of operation, storage and transportation described in this certificate.
6.2. Warranty period is 12 months from the date of manufacture and certification.
6.3. If a fault is revealed during the warranty period, the customer should send the defective unit in complete set to the manufacturer for warranty repair. The customer should present a complaint and warranty card to the company -manufacturer. In the complaint it is necessary to specify all revealed defects and describe in detail the actions of the consumer which led the unit to malfunction. Without a claim the device isn't accepted in warranty repair.
6.4. The device isn't subject to warranty repair in the following cases:
- the end of the warranty period;
- if the consumer violated the service, storage and transportation regulations;
- mechanical damage of various parts of the device;
- troubles due to the fault of the consumer.
The cause of the problem and the guilty party are determined by the commission of the company-manufacturer.
